Fusing West Coast flavours with street food influences and elevated technique, Jenkins’ menu is built for sharing, discovery and bold pairings. Dishes are inspired by Mexican and Californian cuisine, and include vibrant Al Pastor and Fish Tacos, Prawn Toast Tostada and zesty Pineapple Tacos. A highlight of the residency, Jenkins’ Tuna Ceviche with Tostadas, will be served exclusively at Brown’s — a textural dish previously seen only on his digital channels, now brought to life for the first time in a restaurant setting.

“As an Anglophile, the opportunity to collaborate with Brown’s Hotel in Mayfair was incredibly exciting,” says Jesse. “There’s something special about the contrast - bringing a playful, Americana-inspired menu into the timeless elegance of The Donovan Bar creates a kind of culinary juxtaposition I really love.”

Born in Los Angeles, Jenkins brings elements of skate culture, fashion photography and filmmaking into his creative approach to cooking. His Italian-American mother worked with legendary chef Nancy Silverton, immersing him in the world of food from an early age. After nearly a decade as a fashion photographer in the UK, working with clients such as Marc Jacobs and Victoria Beckham, he returned to his first love: food. His debut cookbook, Cooking with Vegetables, was published on 12 June 2025.
