Our review model was fitted in a glorious pastel blue exterior with silver bonnet and a sweeping white pinstripe down each side, highlighting the curve of the Rolls-Royce Ghost bodywork. Inside we were treated to blue and white leather upholstery with white stitching that truly highlighted the skilled craftsmanship delivered by Goodwood.

When you get into a Rolls-Royce the world seems a different place, your worries are gone, and it is just you and the car which delivers the most effortless drive of any vehicle. This allows the driver and passengers to simply enjoy the drive, engage in great conversations and develop fantastic memories, something that we all take for granted, but Rolls-Royce lets you cherish every moment.

Those who look upon the Rolls-Royce Ghost and see its sweeping lines, large chrome grill, extensive bonnet, and large boot, one would think it is rather difficult to manoeuvre however, having driven this fabulous car all around Cornwall through tight country lanes, and meeting the odd double-decker bus or two, the Rolls-Royce Ghost delivers outstanding manoeuvrability, with the helping hand of cameras surrounding the vehicle, whether you’re reversing down a country lane, fitting into a parking space, or just want to check your spacing in the hotel car park, the ability to see a 360 degree Birdseye view allows anyone to find space when needed.

What is the most remarkable feature is the power delivery of the Rolls-Royce Ghost, this is a large vehicle, which is very wide, and has more luxuries than your home, but if you put your foot down it will bolt into the horizon, not with extreme force as you might find in the Black Badge range, but in a more delivered way, with a build up of speed which gives you great confidence that if the need should arise the power is there for you. But whether you’re driving at 30, or 70mph the Rolls-Royce Ghost delivers the best ride you could possibly imagine.


While driving on Cornish costal roads, you must expect them not to be in the very best condition, especially in Winter, but the Rolls-Royce Ghost made every journey a smooth and enjoyable experience, the suspension is out of this world, and does offer a higher ride height if you come across overly-high speed bumps or steep entrances.

With a Rolls-Royce everything is effortless, while instruments are always at your fingertips. If you want to navigate the extremely user-friendly interface, everything you need is at the centre console, with a simple click of a button or turn of a dial you can be sure you have found the settings you want, something that is always overlooked is the customer journey navigating the menus, not by Rolls-Royce I am pleased to say.

What the Rolls-Royce has opened my eyes to and many around the office is how practical this wonderful car really is, yes, it is large but extremely practical and extremely moveable, the boot space is beyond useful being able to fit all your luggage for a holiday and then some, being able to fit skis and snowboards in the boot and three of your friends cruising in the upmost of luxury car interiors – only Rolls-Royce can deliver this experience.

We have used the Rolls-Royce Ghost everyday of our review from driving to meetings, doing the shopping, greeting family, and everything else in between and the Rolls-Royce Ghost never put a foot wrong and did everything in style.
