ANNABEL’S CELEBRATES THE LAUNCH OF BOLÍVAR

 ITS NEWEST RESTAURANT AN ODE TO SOUTH AMERICAN CUISINE

Wednesday evening brought together an illustrious guest list of foodies, artists and cultural tastemakers to Annabel’s, the iconic Mayfair Private members club, as it unveiled its newest restaurant, Bolívar. Adding to the clubs’ ever-evolving dining offering, Bolívar is an exploration of South American cuisine, all while celebrating the rich tapestry of flavours and traditions from the region.

Bolívar has found its home on the second floor of the 26,000-square-foot Club, where the party was held. A DJ performance by Twiggy Garcia playing a mixture of Latin American disco, house, hip hop added to the evening's vibrant atmosphere. Guests, including Christopher and Tammy Kane, Ellen Frances Gibbons, Anissa Kermiche, Cyrill Ibrahim, Betsy Blue-English, Lino Facioli, Aindrea Emelife, Matthew Zorpas, Maxim Magnus, Phoebe Torrence, Federica Labanca, Isabella Charlotta Poppius, Jamie Gill and Richard & Patricia Caring, Co-Chairs of Annabel’s, had the privilege of being one of the first to experience the captivating new menu offering of Bolívar such as Beef Tartare with Adobo Peppers & Pickles, Chili Con Carne Croquette and Mini Wagyu Burger. 

Designed by Richard Caring, Bolívar aims to bring the vibrant and rustic charm of South America to Mayfair. The space boasts a revamped bohemian aesthetic crafted to immerse members and guests in an enriching dining experience. With an original early 18th Century Antique stone fireplace, bold fiery colours, wooden furniture, and woven jute accents, it creates a warm and inviting atmosphere inspired by the culture and landscapes of Latin America.


At the core of the menu lies an exceptional array of steak offerings, each meticulously chosen to deliver unparalleled quality and flavour. The menu is expertly complemented by an exquisite selection of tom and an extensive array of agave spirit cocktails and non-alcoholic mocktails. 


Bolivar will be open for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday, with the added ambience of DJs mixing Latino beats each Saturday night.
