This was certainly the case when our three dogs entered our room, all three immediately wanted to check out their own beds that featured wonderful embroidered fronts and were supplied with a food and water bowl for each dog to make breakfast and dinner time a stress-free occasion. 

These kind gestures, as well as some doggie treats, put us and our pups at ease ready for a fantastic stay at the Andaz, and no matter what your visit is, you can be sure the Andaz won’t disappoint.

The culinary offerings at Andaz London Liverpool Street are nothing short of exceptional. The 1901 Restaurant, housed in a stunning Grade II-listed ballroom, sets the stage for memorable dining experiences. Here, guests can indulge in modern European cuisine crafted from locally sourced ingredients, all while surrounded by the grandeur of the hotel's historic architecture.

For a more casual affair, with stunning décor is Rake’s Café Bar that offers a cosy setting perfect for enjoying artisan coffee, cocktails, light bites or a stunning breakfast to help you start the day of adventures. 

Having been lucky enough to sample dinner and breakfast at Rake’s we can highly recommend it for its wonderful Rake’s Hangover burger (if you're hungover or not!) while the cocktail menu has been crafted to showcase the excellence of this Hotel and its skilled bar staff. 

Having tried two on the menu we can say without a doubt this it a great place to sit back and unwind after a busy work day or just to continue the enjoyment of your wonderful holiday in the city. 

Breakfast is a culinary adventure, and you have to try the smoothies, which leave you feeling fresh and revitalized for the day ahead, the pastries basket is also something that really shows the love and dedication Andaz and its staff put in to make sure your stay is as wonderful as possible. You will find freshly baked banana bread, croissants, pain au chocolat and many other sweet treats that simply are the best around!

You must also go for the yoghurt pots which you can have with fresh seasonal fruit, honey or plain, but make sure you’re hungry as Andaz delivers extremely generous portions that will make your eyes burst with glee. 

For those who love a Japanese restaurant, Miyako, also within the Andaz delights diners with authentic flavours and a vibrant atmosphere. Meanwhile, the East Way Brasserie presents a modern take on classic British dishes, showcasing the diverse culinary landscape of London.

The hotel's inclusive ethos is exemplified by its pet-friendly amenities, which cater not only to guests but also to their beloved pets. Which we found to be so refreshing, nothing was too much trouble, they always wanted to say hello to the dogs which was wonderful, and every single member of staff greeted you with a genuine smile and had a lot of pride working within such a wonderful hotel. 

In keeping with its East End location, Andaz London celebrates local culture and art. Throughout the hotel, guests will encounter curated displays of contemporary artworks by local artists, adding a dynamic flair to the overall ambience of this glorious hotel.
