These dining venues, complemented by attentive service, highlight the hotel’s commitment to providing a world-class gastronomic experience. We dinned at the NYnLon Bistro and were blown away by the wonderful food on offer in this vibrant setting. We can highly recommend the crispy squid which melted in the mouth and was seasoned to perfection to the wonderful Caesar salad that was incredibly fresh. For mains, we opted for the New York Strip steak which, again was cooked to perfection offering the most wonderful experience and the butter chicken burger, while our little one had a children’s cheeseburger – all exceeded our expectations.
Every single mouthful by all three of us was enjoyed to the fullest, the steak offered a wonderful flavour from the grill, the chicken burger offered a freshening bite with amazing, smashed avocado, along the crispiest French fires offered an outstanding main course for all.
Dessert was an utter delight and truly showcased the New York-meets-London crossover with ice cream, a fabulous chocolate brownie and one of the biggest and best cheesecakes I have eaten all year! Each mouthful from all three desserts was a total joy to eat and the whole dining experience was a true delight, we can’t recommend dining at the NYnLon Bistro enough when staying at Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars
