Each offering is designed to mark the occasion through Nobu’s signature culinary style, paired with romantic details that transform Valentine’s Day into a memorable experience rather than a single meal.

Nobu Hotel Marbella will celebrate Valentine’s Day with an exclusive Valentine’s Omakase Experience at Nobu Restaurant, available on 13 and 14 February. Priced at €135 per person, the six-course tasting menu has been carefully curated to showcase some of Nobu’s most romantic and visually striking dishes, bringing together refined presentation and bold flavour.


Highlights include Grilled Octopus served over purple cauliflower with red fruits teriyaki, tofu aioli, and delicate garnishes of elderflower and chives — a dish that perfectly captures Nobu’s signature balance of elegance and innovation. Set within the restaurant’s intimate yet energetic atmosphere, the Valentine’s Omakase offers couples one of Marbella’s most sought-after dining moments.


 Recommended drinks pairings are available, allowing guests to tailor the experience to their menu choices.

Beyond Valentine’s Day itself, Nobu Restaurant will continue to offer its seasonal Winter Omakase through March. This multi-course menu highlights seasonal Nobu favourites, including Red Shrimp with mango salad and caviar, with sommelier-recommended pairings available. Guests are encouraged to extend their evening beyond the restaurant, continuing the celebration at La Plaza or COYA Club for a vibrant night out in Marbella — turning the experience into a full evening rather than a single dining moment.
