Ingredients:


50ml Hibiki Japanese Harmony


10ml Strawberry Cordial (or Monin Strawberry or Cherry Blossom syrup available at Amazon)


2 dashes Angostura Bitters

 

Method: Combine Hibiki Japanese Harmony, strawberry cordial, and Angostura in a mixing glass, and stir. Pour into an old-fashioned glass with a large ice cube or sphere. Garnish with a strawberry slice and a cherry blossom (if available).
