Spring has arrived in London, bringing with it warmth and joy. At Jumeirah Carlton Tower, the season is celebrated with a collection of handcrafted Easter eggs, an indulgent tribute to the spirit of sharing.

 

Created by Executive Pastry Chef Martin Haidar, recently named on the Walpole Power List 2026, each chocolate egg showcases the finest flavours of almonds, pistachios, or hazelnuts, transformed into delicate fillings and paired with delicate chocolate shells, offering a twist on seasonal treats.

 

Perfect for gifting or sharing with loved ones, these creations combine delicate craftsmanship with rich flavours.

Almond Blossom: A delicate 35% white chocolate shell adorned with handmade chocolate petals, filled with smooth almond praline and a subtle vanilla crunch.

 

Golden Hazelnut: Crafted from 40% milk chocolate and sculpted with delicate petals, revealing a roasted hazelnut praline centre with a layer of crunchy croustillant.

 

Salted Pistachio: A rich 64% dark chocolate shell decorated with chocolate petals, concealing a pistachio praline filling with a delicate crunch and a hint of sea salt.
