SOME DESIGNS ARE BUILT TO OUTLAST THE OTHERS
RANGE ROVER CLASSIC BY LUNAZ

Lunaz today reveals its latest completed commission from its current Range Rover Classic Series, and its first ever LSE long wheelbase. Delivering to a US client, it is a continuation of the world’s first production electric Range Rover championed by Lunaz .Reborn over more than 3,000 hours of handcraft, it's a celebration of one of the most enduring 4x4 silhouettes ever drawn, re engineered with contemporary performance, refinement and design in mind. With its striking design, it is a testament to every Lunaz commission being built to order and paired, from first sketch to final delivery, with a dedicated Lunaz designer, so that no two are ever alike and each is truly one of one.

Founded by David Lorenz and headquartered in Silverstone, Lunaz is a design house that builds the world’s most celebrated cars across Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Aston Martin, Jaguar and Range Rover, delivered around the world. The Range Rover Classic has become its most requested commission, and its most coveted: eighty per cent now find their home in the United States, with recent cars delivered to Los Angeles, Miami and San Francisco. Performance, precision and drivability are the principles that define every Range Rover by Lunaz. Each car is given a bespoke powertrain drawn from racing principles, engineered and calibrated in-house, paired with modern independent suspension ,contemporary ventilated disc braking, optimised off-road capability and half-metre water-wading. The result is a car that excels in every environment: composed in town, and commanding across country

“We do not believe an electric car needs to look like an electric car,” says David Lorenz, Founder, Lunaz. “Lunaz exists to take the most timeless designs in automotive history and bring them into the modern era, for the people who own these cars.

The ultimate Range Rover is not designed to be replaced. It is designed to be the last one you will ever need.” Inside, the cabin is a haven of space, tactility and calm. Seating is sculpted and upholstered in bespoke leathers and tweeds, finished with Lunaz’s signature five-stripe detailing and heated throughout, the rear cabin appointed to the same standard as the front. A Lunaz dashboard and centre console, drawn in-house and brought to life through advanced 3D-printing, tastefully integrates navigation, audio, camera systems, climate and comfort. It is the signature of every Lunaz commission, delivering modern function without compromising the integrity of the original design. Lunaz will release it's next Range Rover Classic series, twelve, each one-of-one by design, this summer at the Goodwood Festival of Speed.

For the first time, Lunaz will offer two powertrains for the Range Rover Classic. Alongside the company’s Formula Onederived electric system, clients may now specify a naturally aspirated modern V8. The electric car delivers instant torque, silence and refinement; the V8 is commanding, analogue and thrilling. Other new options for this next series, include a full-length panoramic glazed roof that draws light through the interior, integrated Starlink connectivity keeps the car online on the ranch, in the country or off the grid, and new sculpted body painted styling options that add further individuality.

Every commission begins with a designer. Through the Lunaz Atelier, the car is drawn, planned and shaped alongside its owner from first sketch to final delivery, with no specification ever repeated.

The studio’s bespoke options include a headliner constellation mapped to a chosen place or date, an integrated cigar humidor with hygrometer set into the rear console, custom glass and decanter storage in the rear armrest, switchgear in precious metals and mother of pearl, a sterling silver picnic service handcrafted by an English silversmith, a veneered refreshment suite, champagne chillers with handblown flutes, display storage for fly rods, shotguns and saddlery, discreetly fitted personal safes, and a hand-painted coachline applied over six days.

More than a restoration, this is a new benchmark for the modern collector car: uncompromising in capability, elevated in refinement and entirely unique to its owner. The next limited series unveils at Goodwood Festival of Speed, handcrafted to order, with prices from £450,000.
